Dear AU Community,Ìý

We are pleased to announce that ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ has partnered with Follett – our Campus Store operator – to introduce theÌýEagle Access Course Materials Program. The program aims to ensure all students have affordable, convenient access to their required course materials by the first day of class.Ìý

Beginning with the fall 2025 semester, the new program will allow students to access all their required course materials for a flat, per semester or per credit hour fee based on their enrollment status. Under the program, students will save up to 60 percent off retail prices. Students will receive their required digital materials automatically via Canvas, and required physical materials will be prepared and available for pickup at the Campus Store. The program ensures that they have all their required materials by their first day of class. ÌýÌý

The program is designed so that faculty retain academic freedom to choose the course materials that are best suited for their courses.Ìý

Most students will be enrolled automatically in the program when they register for their courses and will be billed along with their tuition and fees. ÌýAdditionally, students will have the flexibility to easily opt out of the program by the add/drop deadline each semester. Doctoral students (PhD, EdD), students studying abroad or enrolled in intersession courses are not enrolled automatically in the program. Ìý

Students will receive further communications and details via their student email in June and continuing through September. We also encourage you to visit theÌýEagle Access Course Materials Program websiteÌýperiodically for all the latest information and FAQs. ÌýÌý

Sincerely,Ìý
